Commercial Bank of California (CBC) is proud to support the Valley United Soccer Club (VUSC) in the San Fernando Valley. CBC's new Assistant Operations Manager, Tat Grigoryan in Sherman Oaks is mom to one of the boys on the team, and identified that they were in desperate need of sponsorship to help pay for uniforms. After attending orientation at CBC, Tat left feeling overwhelming excited that she had met CEO, Ash Patel and was now part of the CBC team. Ash stepped in to help, and as Armida Colmenares-Stafford CBC Senior Vice President explains, "Our CEO's generocity made a great positive impact on the team and helped them not only pay for uniforms, but also for a canopy tent."
Established in 1989, VUSC has sixteen boy teams and six girl teams ranging from ages nine to twelve. VUSC teams compete in major tournaments as well as competitive leagues throughout the year. VUSC focuses on the development of youth players and is dedicated to quality improvement both on and off the field.
